Adults USAT age 15 and over & Relays: 1000 meter swim, 40K bike & 10K run
Youth USAT age 7 to 14: 200 meter swim, 6 mile bike & 1.5 mile run
Our Series
The Hi Tri Series consists of four triathlons (North Shore Triathlon, Haleiwa Triathlon, Kualaka'i Triathlon, Turtle Bay Triathlon), Honolulu Triathlon (Partner Race) and two runs (5K Kualaka'i Sunset Run and 5K Turtle Bay Turkey Trot). Each event is scored individually and athletes can gain series points for the annual final ranking (Triathlons only).
The top female and male athletes in both the adult and youth division will get a special reward at the end of each year.
